IPT Trustees

IPT functions under the direction of its Board of Trustees which is composed of State Securities Regulators and/or their designees. Elizabeth Block is an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of New York Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo. She has served under six Attorneys General for over 30 years and is currently Section Chief for Investor Education and Outreach in the Bureau of Investment Protection. Learn More »

Mr. Faught is the Administrator of the Oklahoma Securities Commission. Prior to taking that position, he was a partner with Andrews Davis Legg Bixler Milsten & Price, in Oklahoma City, concentrating in securities and corporate law. Learn More »

Craig A. Goettsch

Craig A. Goettsch was appointed Director of Investor Education and Consumer Outreach/Securities Counsel for the Iowa Insurance Division on August 16, 2006. He previously served as the Division’s Superintendent of Securities beginning in March, 1981. He began working for the Securities Division in 1975 as a Securities Examiner. Learn More »

Robert M. Lam

Bob Lam, the longest-tenured member, first served on the Pennsylvania Securities Commission from 1965-1971. His current tenure began in 1980, followed in 1981 by his appointment as chairman, a position in which he served through August 2004, when Governor Edward G.
